Who we are. wAIn is operated by SAIL Ventures L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). Contact: [privacy email].

What we collect. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to answer, your responses to seven optional questions about how you eat out in Dubai. We also record which channel brought you to the site. When a restaurant contacts us we collect the venue name, area, your name, role and contact details. We do not collect payment data.

Why. To send you your invitation when wAIn opens; to decide who to invite first; to contact restaurants that ask us to; to understand which channels work. Our legal basis under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How long. Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to delete it or until twelve months after wAIn launches, whichever is sooner. Restaurant enquiries are kept for the duration of our relationship with the venue.

Who else sees it. Our form provider, [backend name], stores submissions on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing [privacy email]. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies. We use one privacy-respecting page-view counter and no advertising or tracking cookies.
