The site. This website describes a product in development. Nothing on it is an offer to supply a service, and no feature described is guaranteed to exist at launch or in the form described.

The waitlist. Joining places you on a list. It does not guarantee an invitation, a date, or any particular access.

Restaurant enquiries. Submitting the venue form asks us to contact you. It creates no commercial relationship; any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.

AI systems. wAIn does not control what any third-party AI assistant says about any venue and makes no representation that a venue will appear in any such system.

Content. All text, design and the wAIno character are the property of SAIL Ventures L.L.C-FZ. Do not reproduce them without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, with disputes referred to the courts of Dubai.
